Patsy A. Iezzi, Jr. (Pat) graduated with a B.A., majoring in accounting, from St. Vincent College in 1971 and earned his J.D. at Duquesne University in 1974.

Pat is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and Attorney. He has conducted numerous lectures and seminars on individual and corporate taxes, estate planning and business law. He was the 1995-1996 President of the Southwestern chapter of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
